Dating and Verification
Margarita Pueva (1950–2016) was one of only eight recipients worldwide of the Henry Moore Award (1987), and the only Bulgarian artist ever honored. Her sculpture “Woman with Bird” was presented at Sotheby’s in 1989. From 1990, she lived and worked in Germany, where she was represented by Galleries Kühn and Ehr. Her works are held in museums and private collections across more than 20 countries, confirming her place in postwar European sculpture.
