Standard with Austrian Post AG. This is a standard delivery. You can find their rate calculator online here.

Express Delivery: To order express delivery, please send us a request using the contact form and pay for the difference. The price for express delivery can be found on the Austrian Post's rate calculator.

DHL (for selected items)

Every DHL shipment is insured for 100% of the item’s price (the insurance cost is included in the DHL shipping price we quote).

Included services: tracking code, signature required on delivery, and a return receipt / proof of delivery is sent back to us as confirmation.

Where the shipping carrier is shown

The carrier for each item is displayed on the product page in the Delivery line and applies to that specific item.

The same carrier is repeated in the purchase panel/cart and at checkout under Delivery. The carrier shown there applies to that specific item; mixed orders may ship in separate parcels if items use different carriers.

Packaging & Protection

Sculptures — Wooden crate packing (included)

For sculptures, we ship in a reinforced wooden crate. The sculpture is secured inside to minimize movement during transit. The crate is included with the shipment. Crate size and internal supports vary by item.

Silver vessels — Protective wooden box (included)

For silver vessels, we ship in a protective wooden box (included). The wooden box is cushioned and then placed inside an outer shipping carton for transit protection. Box size and internal padding vary by item.

Package Insurance

Austrian Post AG

Austrian Post shipments are not insured by default. Optional package insurance is available on request (up to the full item value or a lower amount). The insurance cost is paid by the customer, according to the the Austrian Post rate calculator. To add insurance, please contact us before purchase (or immediately after ordering).

DHL International

DHL International shipments are insured for 100% of the item price by default (included in the DHL shipping price we quote).

We deliver worldwide except Afghanistan, Belarus, Cuba, Cote d’Ivoire, Ghana, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Myanmar, Nauru, Nigeria, North Korea, Palestinian Territories, Russian Federation, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, Yemen, Zimbabwe.

Handling Time

We ship within 2 (two) working days after receiving cleared payment.

Tracking Information

After shipping, the customer will receive a tracking code, which can be traced on the Austrian Post's track and trace page or DHL tracking pages (depending on the carrier used).

Payment Methods

PayPal Revolut Bank transfer We offer online payment with PayPal Express Checkout. Other payment methods that we offer are payments with Revolut, N26, or direct bank transfers. For payments other than PayPal, the customer must contact us using the contact form.

Customs, duties & declarations

For shipments outside the EU, import duties, taxes (VAT) and any clearance fees may be charged upon delivery. These charges are the customer’s responsibility (DAP/Delivered At Place). We always declare the full purchase value on the customs declaration/commercial invoice — no exceptions. Stable MARK is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Combined shipping is available when purchasing multiple items. Please contact us for combined shipment arrangements.
