The Chrome Flex Rule represents the highest quality in this type of measuring tool. The tape is made from premium steel and coated with multiple layers of chromium, including a rust-resistant finish. Its blade is housed in a chromium-plated, D-shaped case that measures two inches wide. For inside measurements, two inches are automatically added to the reading. The cases are produced in England, while the tapes themselves are manufactured in Canada or the U.S.A.
